Ayurveda for children
Balance in Your Life Matters
What is Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine, which originated in India over 3,000 years ago. It is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems. It is based on the belief that our health and well-being depends on a delicate balance between body, mind, emotions and the environment we live in.
In India, Ayurveda is considered a form of medical care, equal to conventional Western medicine. Ayurveda practioners in India have to undertake state-recognised training. Ayurveda is fully recognized in Italy as complementary and alternative medicine. In other European states Ayurveda is recognized as equal to conventional medicine. In Germany for example, it is practiced at the Charitè University Hospital in Berlin. In Switzerland it is a part the national health system.
Why Ayurveda for Children?
One of the main missions of Ayurveda is to help prevent diseases or illness. Children can get sick for many reasons, as their systems are not fully developed and fragile.
Parents seldom have adequate training to provide a nutritional, balanced and holistic lifestyle for their beloved children.

Emotional Freedom Techniques E.F.T.
This technique is suitable for children who need to overcome small daily traumas such the fear of darkness, bed wetting, fear of spiders or any kind of anxiety. It is also helpful in easing hyperactivity or symptoms of depression.
This method allows you and your child to work on a particular emotional or physical problem by ‘tapping’ on particular points of your body which you will be taught and guided through.
Pranic Healing is a natural treatment which supports your child in frequent discomforts such as sinuses, fever, sore throat, cough or ear infections.
Children who are in their first year of joining a nursery group or Kindergarten frequently catch common infections from other children. These can be very frustrating for children and their parents, as they can cause other difficulties such as lack of sleep, difficulty breathing, headaches or fever.
If you are a working parent and your child often gets sick, resulting in you taking many days off to stay at home with your child, then this technique could be right for you.
Introduced in Italy by the Master Choa Kok Sui, Pranic Healing is the discipline most suitable for children because it brings quick results and does not involve direct physical contact. Our trained practitioner enables natural energy flow and aims to bring balance to the body which can heal itself naturally.
Pranic Healing is not intended to replace general medicine but it does complement it very well.
